I am writing this letter to recommend hiring my former personal trainer, Mohammed Nori. He was my personal trainer for the past 6 months. Mohammed was the best trainer I have had in many years. He was always on time for our weekly sessions and would even make extra efforts to give me intersession exercises to do. Moe was my trainer for a period of 4 months. During our time training together, he developed a workout plan for me that was very effective. He taught me safe structured exercises that were based on his expert knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I am still using the exercises and form he taught me today.
